The Healthy Eating ManualAcknowledgements
The 2011 version of the Healthy Eating Manual was developed by the Nutrition Resource Centre, Ontario Public Health Association with funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health.
The format is based on a previous version first developed in 1994 by the Health Promotion Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Health Promotion and Sport.
All content in this 2011 version was written by a consultant Registered Dietitian and has been reviewed by volunteer reviewers from across Ontario.
